Commodity-led understanding
We examine what is procured, how it is stored or processed, where it moves and when it converts to cash.
Structured liquidity for India's real economy

About the initiative
Bespoke Supply Chain Finance brings Bespoke Financials’ experience in Indian manufacturing, working capital and EXIM trade into a focused supply-chain platform.
Built on experience since 2016
Bespoke Financials has worked with Indian MSMEs, SMEs, manufacturers, traders, exporters and emerging corporates since 2016, helping businesses articulate working-capital requirements and engage with suitable financial channels.
Bespoke Supply Chain Finance was created to give the trade-finance sector a sharper, dedicated focus. Manufacturing and EXIM companies do not experience liquidity as an abstract balance-sheet issue; it appears at a specific point in procurement, production, inventory movement, dispatch or receivable realisation.
Our specialised approach therefore begins with the commodity, transaction and operating cycle. Through associated investors, lenders and platforms, we help evaluate facilities linked to eligible trade and cash-flow requirements.
Our PAN-India engagement is intended to support clients as they procure, process, move and sell products through connected supply chains. The team combines knowledge of procurement, working capital, documentation and industry-specific business cycles.

Why a dedicated trade-finance focus?
We examine what is procured, how it is stored or processed, where it moves and when it converts to cash.
We consider the relationships between suppliers, anchors, buyers, logistics providers and financial partners.
Documents, counterparties, inventory evidence and repayment events are considered together—not in isolation.
